Soft Skills Module
Soft Skills Module
This awareness-raising program, co-produced with Charline Schmerber, a psychotherapist, is the result of a collaboration with the entire team at Carbone 4 Academy.
It aims to analyze the emotions associated with the ecological transition and to support people experiencing eco-anxiety in overcoming the emotional burden linked to their environmental concerns.
In addition, it offers a personalized path toward resilience and action in support of the ecological transition. This module is led by Charline Schmerber, author of the book *A Short Survival Guide for the Eco-Anxious*, published by Philippe Rey in September 2022, and co-founder of the RAFUE (Network of Professionals Supporting People Facing the Ecological Emergency), which brings together various practitioners attuned to the world’s changing realities.

“A huge thank you for this rich, relevant, practical, and transformative journey—one that allows us to step away, at least momentarily, from eco-anxiety. Ultimately, it provides valuable insights for all aspects of life and helps us live more peacefully.”
“I appreciated the dual perspective—both personal and collective—as well as the tools presented, such as the scales. The strong connection between personal development and sustainable development—or rather, between our being and nature—is very inspiring. The numerous resources encourage interaction with the outside world and their incorporation into workshop facilitation. The length of the segments is also very well suited.”
“The program covers all the necessary concepts. It helps us better understand our reactions, figure out where we stand, and know how to act. Emotions—which are often hidden or viewed as negative—are highlighted and valued here.”
